What's on this January

Our tips for getting out and about this month.

It’s January and we are all full of good intentions, resolutions and plans.

How about some of these for getting out and getting fit?

1. Take a walk up the hills
Did you know Edinburgh is traditionally said to have been "built on Seven Hills"?
We’re lucky to live in a City where you don't have to travel far to reach a bit of countryside. Wrap up, jump on the bus and get some fresh air.  It will make you feel great.

2. Go for a swim
If you don’t fancy heading out in the cold, why not go for a swim.  Edinburgh has swimming pools across the city, all of which are just a bus journey away.  Just don't forget your towel!

Try something new for 2017. Be brave, be bold and get climbing.  Alien Rock indoor climbing has something for almost all ages and abilities and is fun on your own or with friends.
