Our guide to what's on and where we can take you this month

1.  Remember Remember the 5th of November

Edinburgh's biggest fireworks display takes place at Meadowbank Stadium this Sunday. Running for over 30 years, it's a safe way for everyone to have a fantastic Bonfire Night.
Get wrapped up, get your Family Dayticket and enjoy the sights and sounds of the fireworks.

Buses: 4, 5, 15, 19, 26, 34, 44, 45.

 

2. International Rugby at BT Murrayfield

Scotland Rugby take on New Zealand, Australia and Samoa this month on 11,18 and 25 November in the Autumn Tests.  Hop on the bus to BT Murrayfield to take in the atmosphere and cheer on your team.

North Side Buses: 12, 26, 31, 100.
South Side Buses: 22, 30.

3. Edinburgh’s Christmas

Edinburgh's Christmas launches this year on 17 November. Running until the 6 January this year's festival includes Christmas markets in East Princes Street Gardens and George Street, Edinburgh’s Giant Advent Calender amd the Christmas Tree Maze. 
Don't miss Light Night on 19th November when the Christmas Tree on the Mound is switched on with choirs from across Scotland.

4. Winter Foodies Festival

Foodies Festival, the UK’s largest food and drink festival, is bringing the Christmas spirit back to the EICC on the 25, 26 and 27 November.
With over 200 stalls of the best foodie treats, live music, a vintage tea room and a luxury VIP area, Foodies Festival is the only place to kick off your festive season - keep an eye on our social pages as we have tickets to giveaway later in the month!

5.  See Edinburgh from the top deck

Why not spend St Andrews Day on the top deck of an open top bus learning about the history of our amazing city?  This time of year is fantastic to hop onboard an Edinburgh Bus Tour to see the fantastic Autumn colours.  At the end of the month, you also get a great view of the Christmas decorations and lights around the city.
